Shipping + Delivery

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location.
Most orders arrive within 10–14 days. Delivery timelines can vary by destination and carrier, and international deliveries may take longer due to customs processing.

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country. These fees are not controlled by us and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building management first. If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll help you troubleshoot next steps.

Returns + Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. To request a return, contact us with your order number.
At this time, we can only accept returns on unopened items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll take care of you.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we’ll replace it. For other situations, we typically process a return (if eligible) and you can place a new order.

Ingredients + Standards

Some formulas may be vegan and/or fragrance-free, but not all. We recommend checking the ingredient list on each product if you’re avoiding specific ingredients.

Our formulas are developed without parabens, mineral oils, silicones, PEGs, chemical UV filters, microplastics, synthetic fragrances, artificial colorants, and other ingredients many customers prefer to skip. For the most accurate information, always refer to the ingredient list on your product.

Some products may contain naturally occurring aromatic ingredients (or fragrance components depending on the formula). We recommend reviewing the ingredient list if fragrance sensitivity is a concern.

Sensitive Skin + Safety

Rena Rae is designed with gentleness and barrier support in mind. That said, every skin type is unique, so we always recommend patch testing before full use.

Apply a small amount to a discreet area (like behind the ear or along the jawline) once daily for 2–3 days. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using active skincare ingredients during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Routine + How to Use

A simple order is: cleanse → mist/toner → serums → moisturizer. Apply from thinnest to thickest texture.

Usually 30–60 seconds is enough—just wait until each layer feels lightly absorbed before adding the next.

Yes, but more isn’t always better. If you’re sensitive, start with one product at a time and build slowly. Layering 1–2 serums is typically plenty.

Start slowly (2–3 times per week) and increase as your skin tolerates it. Consistency beats intensity.

Results + Expectations

Some people notice improved hydration and glow within days. For visible changes in tone, texture, and fine lines, expect 4–8 weeks of consistent use. Deeper changes can take 8–12 weeks.

Not every breakout is “purging.” New products can cause irritation, congestion, or sensitivity—especially if introduced too quickly. If you experience redness, burning, swelling, or persistent irritation, stop use and consult a professional.

We start processing quickly. If you contact us immediately, we’ll do our best to help — but changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
