Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery Timeline 

All Rena Rae products are custom ordered and shipped to you after your purchase is processed. Orders typically arrive within 10–14 days from the date your order is placed.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout.
  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available).
  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Returns (14 Days / Unopened Products Only)

We accept returns for unopened, unused, and unaltered products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened and unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging (including any boxes, seals, and inserts)
  • Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of the date your order was delivered

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items with broken seals, missing packaging, or signs of use
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at [contact@renarae.co] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card provider to process the refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact@renarae.co] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
